How we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you register for the Saudi International Nursing Conference 2026.

Last updated: 8 July 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Three Horses, the official organizer of the Saudi International Nursing Conference 2026, held in collaboration with the Saudi Nurses Association. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at info@sna-nursingexcellence.com.

2. What we collect

When you pre-register we collect only what the registration form asks for: your full name, specialty, SCFHS registration number (optional), identity document type and number, email address, mobile number, city, organization, and any notes you choose to add.

3. Why we collect it

Your data is used solely to manage your conference registration: confirming your seat, contacting you about registration and payment, preparing venue entry and security lists (the reason we ask for an ID number), granting CME/CPD accredited hours through your SCFHS number, and producing aggregate, non-identifying statistics for event planning.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box on the registration form, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

5. How your data is stored and protected

Registrations are stored in an access-restricted location on our hosting server that is not reachable from the web. Access is limited to the conference organizing team on a need-to-know basis.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing. Your details are shared only where essential to running the conference — such as venue security for entry lists or accreditation bodies for CME hours — or where disclosure is required by law.

7. Retention

We keep registration data for the duration of the conference cycle. Within twelve months after the conference ends, personal data is deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law or by accreditation requirements.

8. Your rights

You may request access to the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, request deletion, or withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@sna-nursingexcellence.com — we will verify your identity and respond as required by the PDPL.

For any privacy request or question, email info@sna-nursingexcellence.com and include your registration reference number if you have one.
